Information You Give Us.

This includes: 

  • the personal data you provide when you register to use our Services, including your name, postal address, email address, telephone number, username and password;
  • the personal data you provide when registering for the optional Safe Delivery which includes uploading a government issued ID.
  • the personal data that may be contained in any video, comment or other submission you upload or post to the Services;
  • the personal data you provide in connection with our rewards program and other promotions we run on the Services;
  • the personal data you provide when you report a problem with our Services or when we provide you with customer support;
  • the personal data you provide when you make a purchase thorough our Services; and
  • the personal data you provide when you correspond with us by phone, email or otherwise.

Location Information:

When you use the Services, we may collect precise location data. For instance, if you allow the Services to access location services through the permission system used by your device's mobile operating system or browser, we may collect the precise location of your device. We use your location information to facilitate the prompt delivery off orders, to assist you in selecting the delivery addresses, to assist you in finding if the service is available in your nearby area, for other similar purposes and for analytics purposes. You can choose whether or not to enable the location tracking feature through the settings on your device or browser, or when prompted by the Instatool mobile app. We may also infer your general location information, for example by using your internet protocol (IP) address.

Technical information about usage of the Services

When you use the Services, or browse our sites, either through a browser or mobile app, we automatically receive some technical information about the hardware and software that is being used.

We, our partners, our advertisers, and third-party advertising networks use various technologies to collect information, including but not limited to cookies, pixels, scripts, and device identifiers. Cookies are small text files that are sent by your computer when you access our services through a browser. We, our partners, our advertisers, and third-party advertising networks may use session cookies (which expire when you close your browser), persistent cookies (which only expire when you choose to clear them from your browser), pixels, scripts, and other identifiers to collect information from your browser or device that helps us do things such as understand how you use our services and other services; personalize your experience; measure, manage, and display advertising on the Services or on other services; understand your usage of the Services and other services in order to serve customized ads; and remember that you are logged into the Services. We employ some third-party services to help us understand the usage of the Services and the performance of advertising, and these third parties may also deploy cookies, pixels, or other identifiers on the Services or collect information through our mobile applications. For example, we use Google Analytics to understand, in a non-personally identifying way, how users interact with various portions of the Services -- you can learn more about information that Google may collect in their Google Analytics website.

Log information:

When you use the Services, or browse our sites, our servers will record information about your usage of the Services and information that is sent by your browser or device. Log information can include things like the IP address of your device, information about the browser, operating system and/or app you are using, unique device identifiers, pages that you navigate to and links that you click, searches that you run on the Services, and other ways you interact with the Services. If you are logged into the Services, this information is stored with your account information. This information is collected in order to optimize the application and debug any corresponding issues to give Our users the best possible browsing experience.

Automated Decision Making and Profiling.

We do not use your personal data for the purposes of automated decision-making. However, we may do so in order to fulfill obligations imposed by law, in which case we will inform you of any such processing and provide you with an opportunity to object.

Using Your Personal Data

We may use your personal data as follows:

  • to operate, maintain, and improve our Services, and develop new products and services;
  • to allow Instatool’s Operators (which means those that deliver the order to you) to package and deliver to you, and/or call or text you with any updates or issues regarding your order.
  • to manage your account, including to communicate with you regarding your account, if you have an account on our Services;
  • to operate and administer our rewards program and other promotions you participate in on our Services;
  • to respond to your comments and questions and to provide customer service;
  • to send information including technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages;
  • with your consent, to send you marketing e-mails about upcoming promotions, and other news, including information about products and services offered by us and our affiliates. You may opt-out of receiving such information at any time: such marketing emails tell you how to “opt-out.” Please note, even if you opt out of receiving marketing emails, we may still send you non-marketing emails. Non-marketing emails include emails about your account with us (if you have one) and our business dealings with you;
  • to process payments you make via one or more payment processing partners;
  • as we believe necessary or appropriate (a) to comply with applicable laws; (b) to comply with lawful requests and legal process, including to respond to requests from public and government authorities; (c) to enforce our Policy; and (d) to protect our rights, privacy, safety or property, and/or that of you or others;
  • for analysis and study services; and
  • as described in the “Sharing of your Personal Data” section below.

Sharing Your Personal Data

We may share your personal data as follows:

  • Third Parties Designated by You. We may share your personal data with third parties where you have provided your consent to do so.
  • Our Third Party Service Providers. We may share your personal data with our third party service providers who provide services such as data analysis, payment processing, information technology and related infrastructure provision, customer service, goods delivery, email delivery, auditing and other similar services.
  • Our Third Party Payment Processing Partner(s). We may share with our payment processing partner(s) the following information:
    • Contact and Payment information: Including name, number, billing address, shipping address, order number, payment information (credit or debit card number, CCV code and expiration date), and User ID if one is assigned to your profile. This data is used to validate and charge your payment method for the goods purchased. This also allows for app functionality. Our payment partner(s) do not use these data for tracking purposes. Only them will receive your credit or debit card information.
    • Product interaction: Our payment processing partner(s) may collect data related to the usage of their SDK components. This data is never used for advertising and is not rented, sold, or given to advertisers. The information collected includes (but is not limited to) the end user's device model, OS version, and other non-personally identifiable information. This information is then used to improve their products. They may also collect additional information on device characteristics and user interactions with their SDK to prevent fraud.
  • Third Party Sites

Our Service may contain links to third party Apps and features. This Policy does not cover the privacy practices of such third parties. These third parties have their own privacy policies and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for their Apps, features or policies. Please read their privacy policies before you submit any data to them.

User Generated Content

You may share personal data with us when you submit user generated content to our Services, including via our rewards program, forums, message boards and blogs on our Services. Please note that any information you post or disclose on our Services will become public information, and will be available to other users of our Services and to the general public. We urge you to be very careful when deciding to disclose your personal data, or any other information, on our Services. Such personal data and other information will not be private or confidential once it is published on our Services.

If you provide feedback to us, we may use and disclose such feedback on our Services, provided we do not associate such feedback with your personal data. If you have provided your consent to do so, we may post your first and last name along with your feedback on our Services. We will collect any information contained in such feedback and will treat the personal data in it in accordance with this Policy.

International Data Transfer

Your information, including personal data that we collect from you, may be transferred to, stored at and processed by us outside the country in which you reside, where data protection and privacy regulations may not offer the same level of protection as in other parts of the world. Retention

We will only retain your personal data as long reasonably required for you to use the Services until you close your account/cancel your subscription unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (for example for regulatory purposes).

Our Policy on Children

Our Services is/are not directed to children under 16. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us. We will delete such information from our files as soon as reasonably practicable.

Your Rights

  • Opt-out. You may contact us anytime to opt-out of: (i) direct marketing communications; (ii) automated decision-making and/or profiling; (iii) our collection of sensitive personal data; (iv) any new processing of your personal data that we may carry out beyond the original purpose; or (v) the transfer of your personal data outside the EEA. Please note that your use of some of the Services may be ineffective upon opt-out.

  • Move. Your personal data is portable – i.e. you to have the flexibility to move your data to other service providers as you wish.
  • Erase and forget. In certain situations, for example when the information we hold about you is no longer relevant or is incorrect, you can request that we erase your data.

If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us. In your request, please make clear: (i) what personal data is concerned; and (ii) which of the above rights you would like to enforce. For your protection, we may only implement requests with respect to the personal data associated with the particular email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request. Please note that we may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes and/or to complete any transactions that you began prior to requesting such change or deletion.
